We had very pleasant stay.

The room was new-fashioned and airy with a balcony, the staff were helpful. Very central location was a plus. It took only 20 minutes to walk to General Vives - Correos bus stop.

We really enjoyed rooms with a boiler. The location was amazing, at a short distance from a Catholic church.

Their staff were a little rude.

Units with a balcony. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to Castillo de Ponferrada Castle. I stayed here for 1 day and would have extended the stay.

The staff were really helpful, and the public parking was available. The location was amazing close to a cathedral and a castle. It was close to Ponferrada heart of the city.

Amazing and ideal location and easy access to a cathedral and a castle close to the hotel. Easy walk to Museo de el Bierzo. A good restaurant in the property itself. Early check-in, parking nearby.

Very central location, next to restaurants, museums and the Templar Castle, Castle and plaza and the Castle of the Knights Templar as well as the heart of the old town and close to a cathedral and a castle. Again, 15 minutes walk from Plaza Ayuntamiento. Very impressed with economy queen room with good bathroom. Lots of options, good food.

Fantastic little and pleasant accommodation with favourable setting near the Castle of the Knights Templar as well as the heart of the old town and Camino de Santiago and the old town next to the Castle.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a charming part of the city. The location was excellent, with contemporary facilities that still embraced the tradition and history of the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me print and secure a tag for the Correos. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of being tucked away from the crowds, while still being within walking distance of the major sights. The view from my room's terrace of the adjoining structures and clock tower was a fantastic bonus. I couldn't have made a better choice for my overnight stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

Central situation in the old town near the castle. Decent shower.

A bit difficult to find. Parking nearby is expensive and free parking is 1/4 mile away. Driving round Ponferrada is difficult due to complex one way system (though this is not the hotel's fault!).

great location, friendly staff, comfortable room and hot showers. Perfect for a city break in Ponferrada.
